Open Design Studio are a design-led Architecture and Interiors practice specialising in contemporary, high-quality spaces for living, whose approach compliments the more traditional architectural design expertise of Smith Simmons & Partners. Our founding partners met James and Emma through friends and connected over the topic of regenerating cities and towns. Together we identified an opportunity to bring planning, architecture and property services to the high street, with both practices located on North Street, Chichester. Our planning team embrace the opportunity to provide clients with bespoke project solutions; our planners provide Open Design Studio with professional services working together to navigate the complex planning system
